Congratulating your organization on a job well done!

Dear Sir,

I have been thinking for some time about communicating to you my thoughts with regard to the work your company did at our church (St. John’s Lutheran). I had the privilege of being the chairman of the trustee group that had the duty to oversee the project.

I must congratulate you and your organization on a job well done. From the very beginning, your staff was most helpful in addressing our circumstance and the needs that we had. You were most patient as we worked thru it was that would best meet our need.

When the work began it seemed that all that could be done to move the project along was done. As things came up that were unforeseen they were addressed in a very straightforward manner and resolved in the best possible way.

I would like to thank Ken Roche and his crew for the very good work that they did. Ken was extremely good about addressing any concerns that we had or find any problem that came up.

So again I must tell you how satisfied we are and thank all of your organization and you for the fine work that you performed for us here at St. Johns.
