The 85 at Midland Terrance adjacent to Lake Shoreview, is a five story 140,000 SF luxury apartment building with 102-units. Each unit is heated and cooled by a packaged gas fired dx cooling unit. Corridors and common areas are heated and cooled by either gas fired DX cooling rooftop units or electric heating DX cooling fan coil units.
